Stone Sees Santa & Snow

Holidays are SO fun with a toddler. They're always great, but there's a fun, magical feel to all the holidays with children. It started with Halloween (which by the way, for the past 2 weeks, Stone has been in his Superman costume OR the NEW once piece swim suit that Jordan and Rachel got him EVERY SINGLE DAY (I do not exaggerate). Yes, that's right--he is no longer trying to squeeze into the 18m swim suit).

We took Stone to see Santa last night, and he was SO excited. He told him what he wanted (though he suddenly turned shy and would barely whisper), and we even got him to smile in his lap. What a cute Santa, huh?!

It snowed here at the beginning of the month...a perfect way to welcome the Christmas season. Stone was in heaven, but the novelty quickly wore off when his hands turned to icecubes trying to make a snowman. What can I say, we're not prepared for snow down here in Texas. After all, I was in shorts and flip flops yesterday! And I'm not complaining. :)

I totally agree with Stone...snow is only fun for a minute or two! Cute pic w/Santa! I can't believe he turned shy.

I just told Charee yesterday that we have one Snow Bunny (Chloe) and one Desert Rat (Stone) and it still remains to be seen what Gavin prefers :)
