It's fall, and the leaves are finally dropping, which means A LOT of raking for us. We were so excited for our big front and back yard when we bought this home a couple years ago. We quickly realized big yards over-rated. Ha! No, we really do enjoy all the space, but it takes more time to to keep up with it than we realized.
I'm so grateful to live in the state of Texas. I mean, really. Look at these kids, it's the last week of November, and they don't even have coats on. In the summer time, I will be singing a different tune, but we survive the summers to enjoy the rest of the year. But oh, there are even many more reasons to love Texas. That's for another post, another day.
