I still teach fitness classes three times a week, but on my days off, I like to take the kids out jogging instead. We often hit the trail, and stop at the park half way through the trail. I'll pack a lunch for Knox to eat at the park, and then we'll head back. It's 6 miles round trip if we do the whole thing. I've been training for my 3rd marathon, and they're my little buddies along the way.
