Obedience

This kid...

is funny. He is entertaining. He has perfect comedic timing.

...and by perfect comedic timing, I mean it's totally not always the best. Make sense? Like when I'm in the middle of disciplining him.

...which takes me to discipline. I have been trying SO hard to teach this kid obedience. He likes to provoke; he thinks he is funny. Which most of the time he is, so it makes it that much harder. Lately, I feel like he does not listen at all. I'm ready to change my way of discipline. What do you do? What works for you? I need to make some changes. I'm listening!

Haha I like how your last post is about how Emerson is an angel and this one is about how Stone needs discipline. I don't have any ideas. We are behind you guys on this stage. Plus Gavin doesn't really listen to us.

I wish I had some good ideas. I feel like every 6 months I have to sit down and rething my stategy with Thomas. Hopefully someday we'll get the hang of these wild boys.

He is so cute! He just looks like he is bursting with humor and character! I'm sure you and Cliff are doing an amazing job, he is just too smart! Try locking him in the closet. . . just kidding.

For some reason - time-outs never worked for my kids! And I don't think anything worked on Jacki - she was WAY too smart! ;)
