Flag Football!

Football is our family sport. It's kind of a big deal. And in Texas, it's a HUGE deal. Our little flag football teams play at the high school stadiums, and it's taken quite seriously.
Stone's team did awesome this year. They started off a little rough, but quickly got the hang of things. Stone LOVES defense. He'd rather chase after the ball and pull flags than catch the ball and run (although he loves that, too). He was a big part of the team this year, and really did have quite the time. We made it far into the playoffs, but the season has come to an end, and I think we are ready for things to slow down a bit over here.

Stone got to be captain at a game (below) and participated in the coin toss.

Also this football season, he was part of the Kick-Off-Crew for our high school's football team. He got to run through a giant inflatable helmet at the start of each home game, through a tunnel of dancers and cheerleaders.
