Well, I ain't never seen a case like this before. But usually with mulatto children you can even out them skin tones by rubbing some Porcelaina on the spotty areas every night before bed, for 2 months straight.
Now alot of people also try bleach, but you better stay away from that. It don't work. It's just a common myth.

It's okay the comment accidentally got deleted. I appreshiate y'all putting it back up. Drugstore.com got some Porcelana for $6.99 on they website, so I'd stock up, being that a good price.
