Hello, March!

The last two days were literally the first two warm AND sunny days since Emerson was born...which is very unusual for this west Texas town! Although Stone is on the mend, we figure his sanity is just as important as getting over his nasty cold, so we've taken him to the park these last two days, and OH MY GOSH, what a difference getting him out made. He's suddenly feeling a little better, and he was in SUCH a better mood once we finally let him go out. You wouldn't know this kid isn't feeling 100% if you watched him at the park (jumping down from everything, running all around, etc.)

I, myself, am enjoying this beautiful weather. After officially being cleared by the doc yesterday, I took my first outdoor run in a while. I ran while I was pregnant, but once it got cold, I did the treadmill at the gym. There is nothing like an outdoor run! It felt great! AND, I thought I might get a slap on the wrist for heading to the gym early (hellllo ZUMBA!), but I did not! Side note: Zumba is seriously SO much fun. It's a latin dance/aerobics class. Funnest 60 minutes.
ALSO--Please tell me getting two kids out the door and around the place gets easier. Holy Guacamole! I took them to the park by myself today, and sheeeesh, loading and unloading is not on my top 10 favorite-things-to-do list. Lynds, I don't know how you do it with twins AND a four year old.

As for this little girl, she is smiling and coo-ing like crazy. We LOVE it! She continues to be an amazing baby. She is just over 5 weeks old!
