...and that's just what they'll do." YES, EMERSON. THAT'S JUST WHAT THEY'LL DO.

I love shopping, and I LOOOOVE finding good deals. I don't care what my bank account ever says, I will always look for the good deals, because that's the fun part about shopping. I came across a KILLER deal at Thanksgiving time. I usually don't share HOW killer my deals are. Is that weird? But, I will share this.

My mom and I were shopping around Thanksgiving, and this particular store was a MESS. We walked in 30 minutes before closing, so this store was absolutely crazy after holiday shoppers had raided everything. However, I came across the CUTEST boot (single boot). I loved it. I [Emerson] had to have it. But it was missing it's pair. You better believe I became a raider, and started digging through the children's shoes and accessories that were all out of their place. I finally came across the missing shoe, and I was thrilled. There was no price, but I was pretty sure I'd pay whatever it was (assuming it was reasonable....which at this store, the prices are almost always reasonable).

The cashier gave it to me as a final sale for $3.75. HOLY COW!

Well, I pulled them out a few weeks ago thinking they would probably fit Emerson by now. As I pulled them out, something seemed wrong. I looked at them, and hmmmm. I had 2 left feet that were about 2 to 3 sizes different from each other. What the heck?! I was SO annoyed even though I only spent $3.75. I just assumed the boot I found was the missing shoe since I saw NO other boots. Well, you better believe Emerson will where these 2 left feet while they fit her. It's not like she's walking and will get blisters. And while the smaller shoe still fits, and while we still have some cool weather, she will wear this pair.

Oooh, and aren't they adorable with her skinny jeans? haha
