What more can you ask for? Jumbo corn dogs, fun music, lots of lights, colors and crazy people. Saturday evening we went to the county fair and had a blast. Stone was amazed by everything around him. He was taking everything in, always wide eyed (okay, when is he not?) and just loved every second. We took him on a few kiddie rides (which he loved) and took him to the animals. I haven't been to a fair in YEARS, so we had a blast. It was so fun to see his excitement. Enjoy the pictures.
I wanted to show these first two pictures because this is how Stone was the WHOLE time. Gazing at EVERYTHING.

We let him have some lemonade, and can you tell he loved it? It was fresh, JUST made when we ordered it.

And the carousel. He was HILARIOUS on this. I recorded him on our video camera, and it was going so fast, that every time they passed me and I yelled his name, he was so concerned. He couldn't find me that fast, but was searching. Of course, his eyes were wide the whole time.

so fun!!! If it wasn't so dang hot here I think I would love to go to the fair, I always have loved the fair!!
I love his outfit, especially the sandals, so cute. That's fun that you could take him on rides. It's a good idea to go at night so everything is lit up. We didn't think of that, so Thomas wasn't too interested in looking at the rides, just the animals. Carnivals are the best as little kids, now when I go I realize how lame and dirty they can sometimes be. But we always get sucked in.
How fun. I swear Stone looks older every time I see him - he is growing up!! We tried to get Adam on the carousel, but it was already 2 hours past his normal bedtime at that point and he would NOT sit on the horse. Funny kid. Stone looks like he loved the fair - he is such a bright-eyed little guy.
By the way, sorry about Ben in sharing time. I think he was a bit excited that he knew you, so he was more than happy to pop up and answer all of the questions. We had a little talk about that - sorry!! :)
Hey! Those pics are so fun! We went to an Animal Days up here in Logan and had a blast! Stone definitely looks like his Mama!
